Where will you work?:

Gran empresa dedicada a la tecnología electrónica integral: interruptores, cableado, iluminación en gral.

En el año 2007 han sufrido un proceso de expansión muy importante, en el que incorporaron un total de 600 nuevos puestos, de los cuales externalizaron el 10%.

Quieren unificar consultorías para tener 2 o 3 fijas que conozcan el perfil y que se impliquen totalmente con los procesos.

Para este años prevén también un fuerte incremento en las incorporaciones, aunque no con tantas incorporaciones.


What will you do?:


  • The Core Network SA's role is to help keep that transformation as standardized and evolved as
- possible, contributing to the overall strategy, project execution and operations in his/her areas of
- expertise. He or She promotes infrastructure standards, rules and technologies throughout the
- entire Schneider ecosystem.

  • The Core Network SA will work closely with the other GTS Architecture domains (Infrastructure,
  • Governance, Cloud, Microservices, DevOps, Cybersecurity), Service Delivery, Operations and the
  • PMO as well as business lines making sure the standards and governance around infrastructure
- principles are being adhered to and respected at all times.

  • This is a role with technical knowhow and leadership qualities to eager drive core network
- initiatives from start to finish and presents opportunities to advise/ propose on the global core
- network strategy in IT strategies and programs.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • You will esign and implement enterpriseclass core network architectures.
  • You will conduct core network assessments (what is in place today), define and maintain


architecture solutions as part of a global reference architecture repository.- You will oversee and guide the build, delivery and run of the required infrastructure architecture.


  • You will provide the work's technical conscience, defining and driving the right solution to meet the
technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations and capability needs.- You will design and ensure that technology standards and corporate policies are followed and evolve

over time.- You will provide core network architecture Quality Assurance reviews and ensures compliance with

architecture standards globally.- You will support the technology solutioning and estimating in proposals for change, planning and

pricing.- You will conduct core network architecture assessments and defining future solutions and

roadmaps.- You will liaises with Global Information Security as required.

  • You will develop and maintain core network standards in partnership with Operations and
Application Development.- You will provide support as required during critical (high) incidents related to core network

capabilities under ownership. Leads investigations and takes corrective/preventive actions- You will lead training and technical forums, serves as both a formal and informal mentor, and

executes other initiatives designed to share knowledge across the enterprise.


Who are we looking for?:


  • You are the person we are looking for if you:
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Essential:
  • You have5 years' experience as a Core Network Architect and/or Engineer
  • You have 3 years' experience architecting core network solutions
  • You have advanced knowledge of WAN and SD-WAN Technologies (we use Cisco today)
  • You have advanced knowledge of Lan and WiFi solutions (we use Cisco today; other technologies are nice
to have)- You have strong working knowledge of Configuration and Network as Code concepts

  • You have strong working knowledge of security and hardening concepts
  • You have advanced virtualisation technologies knowledge
  • You have advanced network services knowledge: DHCP, DNS, NTP
  • You have knowledge in Authentication, Directory Services, LDAP and

IAM:
Microsoft Active Directory Azure Active

Directory, Certificate Services, Single Sign-On, AWS IAM, SAML, OAuth.- You have advanced core network management, logging and monitoring tools knowledge

  • You have advanced knowledge of disaster recovery services strategies
  • You have experience in cloud connectivity, transit gateways.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment
  • You are able to work independently with mínimal direction; selfstarter/selfmotivated

Desirable:

  • You have experience with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF and Zachmann
  • You have relevant Professional certifications: Wireless: Cisco Certified Network Professional Wireless
(CCNP Wireless) or Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP);


LAN:
CCIE (Routing and

  • Switching or CCNP (Routing and Switching );

WAN:
CCIE ( Routing ).- It's also nice to have certifications: Cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure),

  • You have Project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), Dev/SecOps and Enterprise
Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, Gartner Methodology).- You have technical writing experience
