  • Manager Information Security
  • PURPOSE
  • The InfoSec team protect adidas from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security services and improvement initiatives, managing, and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of adidas's business operations; and meet both internal and external stakeholders' expectations across the world.
  • As part of the security transformation activities within adidas, new capabilities are being created. This requires a skilled and experienced talent to build the new capability improve adidas's information security posture in order protect the adidas from complex cyber threats.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PKI- Ensure the security and integrity of our encryption and certificate management processes

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that PKI is seamlessly integrated into our organization
  • Develop and implement PKI policies and procedures
  • Manage PKI system upgrades and enhancements
  • Stay uptodate with the latest developments in PKI technology and make recommendations for system improvements
  • M2M
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our M2M processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that M2M technology is seamlessly integrated into our organization
  • Develop and implement M2M policies and procedures
  • Manage M2M system upgrades and enhancements
  • Stay uptodate with the latest developments in M2M technology and make recommendations for system improvements
  • Secret Management
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our organization's sensitive information through effective Secret Management practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that Secret Management technology is seamlessly integrated into our organization
  • Develop and implement Secret Management policies and procedures
  • Manage Secret Management system upgrades and enhancements
  • Stay uptodate with the latest developments in Secret Management technology and make recommendations for system improvements
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven knowledge of PKI tools (like e.g. Microsoft PKI)
  • Experience in Privileged Access Management tools, e.g. Thycotic(cyberark), Delinea, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Secret Management tools (like Fortanix, Hashicorp, etc.)
  • Security related experience with Kubernetes
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
  • At least 5year experience in IT
  • At least 2 years of experience in InfoSec
  • Able to maintain live documentation and experience with task tracking and progress.
  • Ability to cope with change, make decisions and act comfortably with risk and uncertainty.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with different international cultures
