You will be mainly accountable for acting as subject matter expert for core integrity risk areas (ABAC conflicts of interest trade compliance & sanctions human rights antitrust data privacy) providing strategic legal advice risk assessments managing external counsel and supporting regulatory investigations audits remediation engagement with authorities auditors own manage anti-bribery corruption framework COI gifts travel hospitality donations sponsorships global Trade policies Third-Party Tender Risk Management mitigate fraud sanctions integrity risks lead contribute training communications approver communities user-friendly guidance monitor regulatory trends enforcement actions develop maintain continuously improve compliance policies procedures regulatory risk frameworks partnership business stakeholders collaborate Finance Internal Audit Controls Integrity teams design assess test compliance controls champion technology automation monitoring efficiency coordinate integrity-related ESG reporting optimize outside counsel spend act Data Protection Officer ABB Robotics overseeing global data privacy portfolio Records Processing DPIAs TIAs DSARs DPAs privacy notices consents breach management cross-border transfers privacy tools networks functional country leads
