    We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities for a new Executive Assistant position at our company. Want to see how the video game industry works from the inside? Join us

    Responsibilities

    1. Manage the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and commitments efficiently.
    2. Provide support, if necessary, in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
    3. Assist in managing executive communications, including filtering emails and calls.
    4. Collaborate with other departments to optimize departmental planning.

    Requirements

    1. Previous experience in the role is not required, but a strong knowledge of the video game sector and global industry is essential.
    2. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    3. Proficiency in English (minimum level B2).
    4. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
    5. Proficiency in corporate management tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Missive, etc.).

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Advanced level of English (C1).
    2. Experience in coordinating projects and events in video game environments.
    3. Ability to adapt to rapid changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
