Job Purpose:


  • Drive & support assessment in Logistics areas (Warehouses) and share the initiatives within EMEA Logistics.
  • Monitor & lead Logistics KPIs defined for RM WHs roadmaps and reporting across the region.
  • Deploy within ALPS content across the EMEA region the initiatives.
  • Standardize and Improve Logistics Processes in WHs RM /FG areas

Key Activities:


  • Drive & support assessment initiatives helping to create new initiatives and followup on going ones to meet yearly savings target.
  • Monitor & improve Logistics KPI, s reporting across the region
  • Monthly reporting cycles with respect to the project assigned.
  • Organize workshops together with Global teams / Regional Teams or Local followup on the outcomes.
  • Deploy within ALPS content across the EMEA region and aligned with BPM WHs
  • Educate the local teams in foundational process for Deliver/RM WHs/FG, starting from the basics.
  • Drive standardization of processes across the region
  • Organize the capability development across the region
  • Data analytics to create new opportunities for improvements
  • Working closely with Global, Regional and Cluster logistics teams to bring synergies across the region

Education & Experience:


  • University Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering) or equivalent
  • At least years' experience:
  • Warehousing management and Transport preferable
  • Project management skill
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Lean Manufacturing mindset
  • English Fluent. Other languages are a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
