    Qué esperamos de ti:

    Integrado/a en el área de Tecnología, Proyectos y Servicios, serás responsable de potenciar el desarrollo de Open Innovation en CEPSA, mediante la coordinación del proceso de detección y análisis de tendencias clave, desarrollo de Pruebas de Concepto (En adelante PoC) y diseño de nuevos modelos de negocio basado en tecnologías digitales emergentes, facilitando la relación entre CEPSA, el ecosistema de partners y las diferentes unidades de negocio.

    Para ello, tus funciones principales serán:

  • Diseñar y coordinar el desarrollo de PoCs y demos que permitan validar casos de uso para CEPSA con potencial de escalado en iniciativas digitales.
  • Definir y analizar nuevos modelos de negocio, moonshot, de base digital.
  • Supervisar radar de innovación que permita identificar y analizar oportunidades de innovación alineada con los planes digitales de las unidades de negocio.
  • Participar activante en los grupos transversales Open Innovation de Cepsa y/o con el Ecosistema.
  • Dar soporte al desarrollo del ecosistema nacional e internacional de CEPSA para desarrollo de PoCs y demos digitales en colaboración con terceros.
  • Colaborar para divulgar y compartir interna y externamente conocimiento y experiencias relacionadas con la actividad de Innovación, apoyando la universidad corporativa (CDX).

    • Qué estamos buscando:

  • Titulación Universitaria de Ingeniería. Formación de posgrado/ conocimiento de las tendencias y disciplinas vinculados a Innovación.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Experiencia:
  • Experiencia al menos 5 años en el ámbito de innovación abierta.
  • Experiencia con metodologías de trabajo ágiles y plataformas Cloud.
  • Valorable experiencia en consultoría de innovación y/o corporate venture capital y/o aceleradoras de startups de ámbito digital.
  • Valorable experiencia en entornos B2B.
