- Collaborate with the Capability Building team to support the development of change management and adoption strategies for new initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of awareness materials and communication plans to promote new technologies and processes.
- Provide support for the planning and execution of change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training sessions, and user adoption tracking.
- Support the implementation of diversity and inclusion programs in Tech&Ops, promoting social equity and equal opportunities for all individuals. This may include research, data analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to help drive successful adoption of new technology and process changes within the organization.
- Active student status with Spanish University/School is mandatory
- University student interested in developing career in tech field
- Looking for at least 6 months part-time/internship program
- Tech savvy approach
- Ideally has background or studies in corporate communications
- An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn
- A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude
- Able to use English for communication with colleague and managers from abroad on daily basis
