Team Intro
The Strategy Operation team plays a core role in identifying strategic opportunities and achieving business goals through quantitative analysis and cross-functional collaboration


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with category managers to design category operation strategies (e.g. fashion, beauty, home&living, electronics, etc.), including merchants, products and content strategies that help business scale up.
  • Analyze seller segments, optimizing short video and live streaming strategies according to merchant features
  • Analyze product selection strategies, optimizing product selection according to user preferences, supplychain and platform features;
  • Optimize business SOP of operation, problem diagnosis and solutions in the category; Build best practice and playbooks to help merchants adopt verified strategies.

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years experience in ecommerce business strategy and operation, or in consulting and operation management
  • Good understanding of ecommerce, especially in fashion, beauty and home&living industries.
  • Knowledge about business models of content platforms is preferred (TikTok, Youtube, IG, etc.)
  • Excellent logical analysis ability and datasensitive; strong user perspectives, and willing to use internet products to improve the operational efficiency of the business;
  • Fluent in English and Spainish; Crosscultural communication and collaboration skills, working cross functionally in a global working environment.
