The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Junior EDD & ESG Consultant in Madrid who is about to or has recently completed a Master Degree in Sustainability ESG/Environmental and Sustainability Management/ Sustainable Development and Corporate Responsibility/Engineering and Environmental Management with knowledge of BREEAM and LEEDS

  • Support the delivery of general Environmental related services (Environmental consultancy Independent Building Services Consultants in Spain including but not limited to:
  • Environmental Due Diligence reports.
  • BREEAM/LEEDS assesments
  • Scoping, supervision and report writing of Phase II site investigation assessments.
  • Peer reviews of third party reports.
  • Assisting with the drafting of fee proposals, including scoping Phase II site investigations.
  • Support the delivery of general Sustainability related services (ESG consulting Independent Building services Consultants in Spain including but not limited to:
  • ESG reports.
  • Equator Principles reports.
  • Sustainable building certificates (LEED, BREEAM, etc.).
  • Net Zero Carbon and decarbonisation reports.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Recently completed a Master Degree in Sustainability ESG/Environmental and Sustainability Management/ Sustainable Development and Corporate Responsibility/Engineering and Environmental Management with knowledge of BREEAM and LEEDS
  • The consultant shall be fluent in Spanish and English (Basic German/Italian/French would be useful addition).
  • Work experience focused on soil and groundwater work, general environmental permitting work, ESG and sustainability work, BREEAM and LEEDS or relative experience.
  • Report writing skills, well versed in MS Office, driving license.
To be successful in this role you have to have be fluent in Spanish, and have a right to work in Spain
