- Greeting all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting our service staff as needed
- Manage loaner fleet of 25 vehicles.
- Write loaner agreements
- Checking loaners in and out
- Answer phones and schedule service appointments
- Providing reports to service manager on surveys and sales
- Assisting with dealership sanitization protocols
- Order office and janitorial supplies for the store
- Monitors store fuel card usage
- Organizing new vehicle manuals and keys
- Perform duties assigned by Service Manager as needed
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in an automotive dealership preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Willing to work full-time with flexible hours and availability on the weekends
