Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a 3 months intern to join our Partner Operations team for the ECA region. You will play a key role in one of our strategic projects, by ensuring we have the best quality menus for our Partners

Be a part of a team where you will:

Identify, deep-dive and have a complete understanding of the quality gaps in our Top Partners menus across the region, ensuring customer attractiveness and increase in conversion rate
Communicate and coordinate with different teams including content and account management the execution of changes needed and make sure things happen
Support in the execution of the improvements proposed through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs
Be main point of contact with local teams, address and support when needed
Be the owner of the quality of the output provided
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (engineering or business)
You have an amazing attention to detail, a great appetite to learn, and are driven to get your hands dirty
Good communication skills with ability and agility to solve problems
Orientation toward results, you are autonomous and efficient to make things happen.
Great ability to work as a team member
Basic Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
Proficiency in English is a must. Russian is a plus
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
