Job Purpose:

Ensuring the smooth running of the Service Desk and providing 1st and 2nd-level support to global users.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be the single point of contact for internal end users with complete ownership of technical issues while interacting and escalating with technology towers and external vendors;
  • Take ownership of user problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner;
  • Support scoped technologies including Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows Server 2012/2016, Citrix XenApp, Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Azure;
  • Problemsolving Network, PC/Server hardware, and OS issues;
  • Provide systems monitoring and systems testing as required;
  • Follow the ITSM Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Asset, and Knowledge Management;
  • Identify, screen, and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet IT operational needs;
  • Monitor computer networks for security issues;
  • Investigate and resolve network and other communications incidents following NOC runbooks;
  • Investigate and resolve security breaches and other cyber security incidents following SOC runbooks;
  • Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure;
  • Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause following security runbooks;
  • Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a highsecurity standard;
  • Support enduser installs and troubleshooting of security software;
  • Document technical knowledge in the ITSM (ServiceNow) tool;
  • Participate in research and pursuit of new IT operational solutions and evaluate the applicability and usefulness of current processes and solutions;

Requirements:


  • 2y of experience;
  • Microsoft 365 Services;
  • Windows 10 Enterprise administration;
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 / 2016;
  • PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals;
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
  • Spanish and Portuguese communication skills will be a plus;
  • Strong team player;
  • High Flexibility: you can work in shifts.
