As a key player in a small team looking after Partner Management, M&A and Corporate Development projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving business initiatives and projects that are critical to achieving SITA FOR AIRCRAFT's 4-year growth plan.

This position requires a sense of ownership, commercial acumen, the willingness to get into the detail while keeping a clear storyline and the ability to bring together ad hoc teams from diverse functions in order to deliver key projects.

Your role will involve challenging and influencing stakeholders, fostering relationships, and navigating complex, ambiguous situations to deliver transformative outcomes.

Your mission


To achieve the growth and corporate development that these projects bring, the
Manager, Corporate Projects assumes responsibilities that start once the leadership team decides to progress with a new initiative or other corporate project.

That way, Manager, Corporate Projects can contribute from day one to the project's implementation strategy, action plan and decision-making process.


In this role, you will be likely to interact with external partners and market players, with the various functions within SITA FOR AIRCRAFT such as Engineering & Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, M&A and with colleagues from across the business.

SITA FOR AIRCRAFT has a presence in 20+ countries (and in particular in Canada, United-States, France, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Spain...).


Reporting to SITA FOR AIRCRAFT's General Counsel, the Manager, Corporate Projects will join a small team that leads on the following work.

This role will be overall responsible for the following key activities for each assigned initiative:


Partner Management:


  • Identify, establish and own an appropriate framework for managing relationships with key partners who may be suppliers, customers, codevelopers, competitor, or any combination of the same
  • Establish and maintain direct, sustainable relationships with key players in the partner's organisation
  • Socialize and set the business objectives we have with the partner and ensure alignment within SITA FOR AIRCRAFT as between SITA FOR AIRCRAFT and the partner
  • Bring together and manage the key team of colleagues from across many functions as we execute our strategy and plans with that partner
  • Report and advise colleagues and SITA FOR AIRCRAFT leadership on progress and points of escalation
  • Have your sleeves rolled up and get involved in the content of the various engagements with the partner

Mergers & Acquisitions:


  • Take a business lead on identified M&A projects, interacting closely with the Group M&A transaction team and supporting the SITA FOR AIRCRAFT business in driving the project to completion
  • Lead business due diligence activity ensuring that appropriate business colleagues are fully briefed and engaged, and working closely with the M&A transaction team, Legal, Finance and other colleagues
  • Identify the integration approach and drive the integration process working closely with business function leads and change management professionals
  • Report and advise colleagues and SITA FOR AIRCRAFT leadership on progress and points of escalation

Corporate Development:


  • Take a business lead role on special projects that do not fit neatly in any particular box: strategic supply chain relationships, JVs, product endoflife projects and other
  • Identify, establish and own an appropriate governance framework for these projects
  • Ensure alignment on the rationale, objectives and deliverables
  • Report and advise colleagues and SITA FOR AIRCRAFT leadership on progress and points of escalation
