- Revisar las alertas de transacciones que pueden estar involucradas en sanciones internacionales.
- Las alertas se evalúan en función de la coincidencia de nombres.
- Asegurarse de que los casos se manejen de manera oportuna y correcta, incluyendo la limitación de operativa si fuera necesario.
- Investigar las transacciones que puedan afectar a las disposiciones sancionadoras.
- Identificar y solicitar la documentación necesaria para gestionar las transacciones involucradas en sanciones internacionales.
- Ser punto de contacto dentro de la organización para preguntas relacionadas con el blanqueo de capitales, el fraude o la financiación del terrorismo
- Realizar informes para reporte al regulador.
- Uso de las herramientas AMLCheck, ClickSense, Excel y conocimiento de Dowjones.
- Licenciatura en Derecho, ADE, Empresariales o similar.
- Imprescindible experiencia de 3-4 años en la evaluación de alertas relacionadas con sanciones internacionales.
- Conocimientos en materia de leyes y regulaciones de AML y Sanciones Internacionales.
- Interés por la propuesta de valor de Triodos Bank.
- Alta capacidad analítica.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Orientación a los detalles, sabe evaluar críticamente la información y puede detectar conexiones.
- Experiencia trabajando en un entorno muy orientado al detalle, demostrando un alto grado de diligencia y responsabilidad, con alta capacidad de priorización de tareas y colaboración.

Como analista de sanciones, desempeñará un papel crucial para garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones relacionadas con las sanciones. Usted será responsable de realizar análisis, identificar riesgos y tomar medidas para cumplir con la legislación y las políticas de Triodos.
Esta función requiere un equilibrio saludable entre la capacidad analítica, el ojo para detectar las desviaciones fuera de lo normal y la ejecución de acciones. Trabajarás junto con otros departamentos como Cumplimiento Normativo, Operaciones y Contacto con el Cliente. Dentro del equipo recibirás formación interna por compañeros y también habrá una formación externa sobre monitoreo de transacciones en general. Un extenso proceso de incorporación con opciones de certificación.
En Triodos Bank contamos con un equipo especializado. El equipo de gestión de alertas está formado por 4 analistas en los roles junior, medior y senior y un jefe de equipo.
