The Senior Manager Commercial Operations will lead the implementation of commercial strategies according to company/alliance goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth.
They will provide market insights and analysis to co-create detailed business plans to support the Spanish Immunology Team.In this role, a typical day might include the following:
Supporting business insights & analysis as well as taking a lead role in driving large projects within the business, facilitating business operations and strategy and execution.
Leading and coordinating cross functional interactions between Commercial, Business Units, Operations and FinanceLeading the alliance discussions on budgeting and forecasting and commercial excellence efforts
Responsible for the delivery and management of the operational tasks and processes, including but not limited to CRM/Veeva
Providing consistent, timely and accurate sales reporting, using systems to efficiently track revenue across country.
Drive continuous improvements, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Support Leadership to ensure all facets of Commercial are considered in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
Developing a detailed understanding of the Alliance and the associated counterparts
Leading the local incentive plan and coordinating effective communication with the sales leads, local HR and International commercial operations lead
Managing the tools and the processes for reporting of Sales and Marketing analytics, trend analysis, customer data, etc.
Partnering with the Commercial Training team to help schedule and deliver applicable training to Commercial field based employees
Partnering with the Meetings & Events management to ensure local meetings, events, and sponsorships are appropriately reviewed, approved and implemented efficiently according to business needs
Partnering closely with the International Commercial Operations Lead and with other country commercial operations leads to standardize and streamline operations.
Hybrid Role
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of proven experience
Proven experience with cross functional matrix team leadership, where team members come from various organizational functions
Experience with VEEVA CRM.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential. Additional language skills would be considered a significant advantage.
