Our client is a well-known company that sells print and digital document products and services in more than 160 countries, and they are looking for a new Order Management Agent here in sunny Barcelona.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently manage designated team workflow in order to meet SLA and Targets, and to quickly report any problems that hinder completing tasks and hitting SLA and Targets
  • Input and process orders and returns
  • Verification of pricing and orders
  • Manage relevant customer information
  • Ensure compliance with work instructions and absolute compliance with corporate policies, particularly those pertaining to ethics and finances
  • Provide the Team Leader with timely and accurate reporting that captures performance trend measures and useful management information
  • Respond and act upon any escalations in a professional way

Core Skills/experience:


  • Minimum 1 year experience with an order to collect organization
  • University level education (plus)
  • Goaloriented, excellent communication skills. eager to learn and a team player, but also able to work individually
  • Adaptable to a changing environment and flexible in terms of work patterns
  • Focused on quality and attention to detail
  • Computer literate
