Role Overview:


We're seeking an ISV Business Development Manager to be the key link between Red Hat's ISV business, our vendors, and TD SYNNEX European countries.

Your role will involve building and nurturing vital relationships, executing strategies, and ensuring alignment across teams.


Accountabilities:


The main accountbilities for this role are to lead the Red Hat ISV Business Unit strategy in collaboration with vendors and country teams.

Foster senior-level vendor engagement and facilitate regular business reviews.

Drive communication of TDSYNNEX's Red Hat ISV Strategy across the region also to support under performing countries, via leading improvement plans and providing guidance.

Create and implement business development programs to expand partner growth. Manage forecasts and pipelines with a focus on key deals and communication. Navigate internal processes, fostering collaboration among various departments to help drive business forward. Empower Red Hat ISV teams to enhance market share and wallet share. Conduct contract negotiation. Working collaboratively with many different European countries.


Qualifications:

Bring experience in ISV engagement and cultivating partner ecosystems. Understand European markets and the software industry landscape. Exhibit emotional intelligence and adeptness in influence and persuasion. Drive strategic thinking with enthusiasm and motivation.

  • Possess 3+ years of IT industry experience, including business development in channels or vendor relations.
  • Strong proficiency in software and solution selling.
  • Experience / Knowledge with Red Hat or similar
Display the ability to independently thrive in external environments. Collaborate seamlessly with international teams. Embrace ownership of the ISV initiative with a proactive approach.

  • High understanding of distribution, channel, Business Development and Marketing
  • Ability to drive the business forward and take lead when necessary
  • English (professional/C2) Other European languages (a high plus)
