    We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual with a desire to grow professionally to join Sysmex as an HR Operations Professional.

    This is a temporary position in the People & Culture department at Sysmex, located in Sant Just Desvern.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Coordinate all activities related to health and safety at work, monitoring the health of employees and implementing preventive and protective measures.

    Management of payroll, including regular pay, bonuses, extras, rentings, etc, overseeing the payroll table, including absenteeism and variables.

    Handle employee contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes (including exit interviews).Be in charge of the coordination of administrative processes related to personnel.

    Forecasting and reporting of Full-Time Equivalents (FTE/HC) coordinating with the Finance department for budgetary control.
    Respond to labor-related queries from employees and managers.

    Maintenance of employee data across different platforms (SuccessFactors (SF-EC) and Service Catalogue (Jira).Generation of reports for internal audits and quality audits.

    Supervising and correcting employee time control, generating and communiactingannual calendars.
    Coordination with providers and suppliers for flexible benefits, Pension Plans, and other minor benefits (Christmas basket, gym, baby-friendly).

    > General professional experience:


    • Degree in Labor Relations or Labor Law
    • English:advance
    • Strong computer andExcel skills
    • Similar experience in a multinational company preferred
    • Knowledge or qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales)
    > Key competencies:
