Role Purpose:

Implement advertising and marketing communication plans and processes for development, realization and optimization of product advertisement and communication in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies.


Key Accountabilities

  • Implement advertising and marketing communication plans and processes to achieve defined business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed designs and implement advertising and sales promotion activities including media placement, campaign length, featured products and services and other technical details.
  • Periodically evaluate performance and impact of advertising campaigns and activities.
  • Implement market development plans (in cooperation with Sales) to achieve defined objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver complex marketing communication plans and related activities
  • Achieve implementation of corporate design across all media.
  • Execute marketing communication activities such as external events, advertisements and brochures, press information and trade fair organization.
  • Conduct market analyses/ studies as per defined objectives, derive and prepare relevant marketing communication contents.
  • Ensure adherence to the defined advertising and marketing communication budget.
  • Cooperate with, support negotiations and manage performance of external service provides such as advertising agencies.
  • Prioritize and coordinate to obtain maximum exposure of appropriate key media messages
  • Analyze and implement modifications, improvements and new communication processes, systems, standards and policies, etc
  • Deploy best practices to obtain maximum exposure of appropriate key media messages.
  • Deploy best practices to support global projects and initiatives and assist global communications team.
  • Provide support to Business Development and Key Account Managers in the commercial proposals and tenders provide direction and guidance as needed.
