IT Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

Permanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks

• You are THEcontact person for the head teachers (m/f/d) in your district andtake care of all issues that arise
• You dealskillfully with escalations
• You have acomplete overview of your schools - technically andorganizationally
• You give independentpresentations in the school environment
• Youcoordinate and plan rollouts and IT projects at schools
• You take part in the continuous improvement process -together with managers from other teams - and recognize things thatwe should change
• You are the interface toall internal teams

Your profile

• You have IT-related vocationaltraining or relevant proven professional experience
• Ideally, you have already gained your first professionalmanagement experience, e.g. by taking over project management - ifnot, you are willing to learn the subject area with our support
• You already have experience with ticketsystems
• You know how to plan smallerprojects and monitor their implementation
• Giving presentations and speaking in front of people is no problemfor you
• You work just as well independentlyas in a team and are willing to familiarize yourself with newtopics
• You are characterized by a goodtechnical understanding, a pronounced service and solutionorientation as well as a structured and careful way of working
• You have a class B driving license
• Fluent written and spoken German is aprerequisite - English is an advantage
