  • Payment Disputes, you will learn about our operations and how to manage specific situations.
  • Fraud prevention investigation & KYC implementation.
  • Handle Trust and Safety cases related to Spotahome Guarantee claims handling.
  • Support Landlords & Tenants on payment processes including collection activities.
