    As a Marcom Manager you'll be responsible for design, implementation and evaluation of medium to long term (<3 years) communication and customer engagement strategy targeting the global Intelligent Buildings or Public Systems and Services segments to help drive awareness, interest, thought leadership and preference across the various marketing channels based on deep sub-segment, customer and application insights.

    What you'll do

  • Works closely with sub-segment managers and product managers and other the relevant stakeholders in the Line of Business Systems and Services to ensure in-depth understanding of market evolution, global/regional trends, customer profiles and needs, value chain, proposition evolution and cultural influence, to come to an integrated and aligned marketing approach.
  • Create the annual marketing communications plan, personas, messaging and Customer Decision Journey (CDJ) specifying objectives, deliverables, timing, budgets and KPI's
  • Develop memorable, relevant and highly performing marketing content, assets and events as part of the marketing communications plan, including sales presentations, web pages whitepapers, infographics, videos, webcasts and CRM campaigns to upsell and cross-sell, lead generation campaigns. Targeting audience like end users, CSI's, specifiers with specific systems and services content
  • Foster new ways of working (Agile Marketing), test-and-learn and customer-centric day-to-day practices.
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign and content performance based on data, to feed into optimization plans.
  • Regularly benchmark against competition to define a differentiating communication approach.
  • Your qualifications

    Technical

  • Master degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications
  • Strong track record of at least 7-10 years in Marketing Communications, digital campaigns, integrated marketing and content marketing
  • Experience building personas, messaging frameworks, customer decision journeys for b2b and account based marketing
  • Experience or demonstrated affinity with Systems, Data enabled services , IoT and innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Experience in working in an international B2B environment (US, Europe, APAC);
  • Innate ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver on time and quality
