    Your mission:

    You will be responsible for supporting the SWE CFO with timely and comprehensive analysis of BU financial performance. The role owns the core Planning agenda for P&L (monthly forecast, AOP and PSP), manages the communication with Sector FP&A teams. This position has close linkage with control, financial sub-functions and rest of functional teams across the BU to ensure robust planning, provide clear guidance for improvement and developing planning capability.

    Responsibilities

    Your day to day with us:

  • Leads the organisation to ensure robust P&L planning processes/deliverables.
  • Ensures metrics are clear, understood, and achievable.
  • Ensures optimisation of processes, to promote standard reporting across the BU while driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Gains alignment with key stakeholders on business and financial strategy; anticipates additional short term forecasting requirements and analysis; collaborates with key stakeholders and ensures that resources are aligned with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Lead monthly closing process (on the planning side)
  • Lead BU monthly P&L forecasting process
  • Lead AOP and PSP processes
  • Lead core FP&A relationship with Sector FP&A team
  • Qualifications

    What will you need to succeed?

  • Great understanding of business/market unit planning processes
  • Intellectually strong with excellent analytical/numerical skills – including strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (presentations, listening, written skills)
  • Assertive, independent and self-sufficient, with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to constructively challenge assumptions and proposals, and provide required financial governance
  • Experience in leading and managing people
