At RDT Ingenieros we have offices, both nationally and internationally: Bilbao, Barcelona, Tarragona, Abrera, Madrid, Pamplona, Beasain, UK, France, Denmark, Morocco, Chile, and Mexico (Puebla and Mexico DF).

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join an exciting project with our client in the Automotive industry. The Project Administration Team provides administrative support to projects in our Office in Abrera.

You will be located in our offices in Abrera, where you will perform your tasks on a daily basis, reporting to the Project Management Officer.

You will follow project governance processes and standards to ensure the smooth and timely running of administrative tasks in the project.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of their processes, standards and templates and sharing best practices.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Admin support to the Project Management Officer

Meeting, event and calendar management

Recording minutes and actions

Preparing reports, presentations and project documents

On/offboarding project team members

Maintaining distribution lists and organisation charts

Sharepoint site management

Document management and storage

Managing Purchase orders and invoices

Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Able to start right away

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Advanced skills in:
MS Office, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, M Project

3 years experiencie as Project Administrator in automotive industry

Advanced English

Good understanding of processes, standards and templates, manufacturing, metal, project managment,

Good communication skills

Experience with managing stakeholders in automative
