Defect/Problem Manager (M/F/x) en hibrido.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Defect/Problem Management in a central role for different projects within the Cockpit Electronics
  • Categorization prioritization and correct assignment to technical departments for all incoming defect tickets within your projects
  • Analyze support for technical departments for error cause and technical dependencies
  • Interface management and first contact person for suppliers during development
  • Weekly and monthly reporting with of all defect tickets and coordination corrective actions
  • Active design and optimization of processes for Defect/Problem Management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Complete studies in electrical engineering mechatronics computer science or a comparable field of study
  • Experience in automotive development processes and relevant tools for Defect/Problem Management (e.g. ALM Octane JIRA...)
  • Expertise in E/E development test and validation is an advantage
  • Structured approach to work as well as strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive and selfreliant work style with very good analytic skills
  • Business fluent in English
  • German is an advantage
