Key responsibilities include:


  • Defining and maintaining best practices and controls around IT Service Management and overall Operational Service Delivery to ensure business objectives are met efficiently, effectively, and consistently.
  • Developing and implementing Evinova's enterprise IT strategy, includng handson development of detailed requirements as new technologies are introduced to Evinova.
  • Operate as the "Service Owner" for multiple technologies.
  • Drive effective management of all aspects of Business IT systems (e.g., planning, implementing, operation, and maintenance).
  • Developing and maturing foundational IT Service Management processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Knowledge Management, CMDB)
  • Monitor operational performance of IT resources and service providers responding to IT incidents/problems as required.
  • Periodic reviews of IT assets, software licenses, and other related resources to proactively identify potential operational issues, inefficiencies, and noncompliance.
  • Partnering with adjacent technology and business teams to develop and maintain an authoritative inventory of all technology assets, their purpose, and risk classifications (Business Impact and Cyber Risk).
  • Partnering with the Cyber GRC Lead in developing and maintaining the Evinova Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan.
  • Support the Security Operations Lead for incident response and recovery activities on an asneeded basis.
  • Identify improvements and innovative solutions to help further extend the use of digitalization across Evinova.
  • Coordinate shared services with AstraZeneca Group counterparts to ensure adequate oversight of shared responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in the following areas IT Operations, IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL, IT Solution Design, and IT Process Improvement.
  • Prior IT administration/management experience at a Health tech and/or SaaS solution provider with a globally distributed employee base.
  • Familiarity with deploying and maintaining cyber security tools/solutions (e.g., vulnerability scanners, log collection, etc.).
  • Strong "customerfocused" and "solutionoriented" disposition.
  • Highly motivated, selfstarter, and willing to grasp new concepts and business processes quickly.
  • Advanced knowledge of leading business productivity and HR solutions (e.g., Microsoft M365 suite, Workday, Salesforce, sophisticated situations, assessing risks, and balancing strategic and tactical compliance/quality requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering outcomes around consulting, consensus building, and business engagement.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a demonstrable ability to handle contending priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management, process improvement, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills are highly preferred.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or similar relevant area of study.
  • At least 1 related professional certification such as the ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
  • Demonstrable experience with assessing technology environments, conducting gap/feasibility assessments, and/or producing workflow process analysis documentation.
  • Prior experience communicating with and developing solutions for diverse collaborators.
  • Understanding of automation use cases and their implementation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements around data security, privacy, and retention.
