Customer Success Manager (ICT Telecommunications Services Delivery)
This exciting career development opportunity is with a long-established SME high-growth end-to-end managed services provider of ICT telecommunications solutions to multi-site, multi-country global enterprise customers.
Headquartered in Europe, with European and International offices and operations, they provide enterprise grade Wireless and Fixed Line Connectivity Solutions, 24x7 Support, Multi-lingual Support, Low Latency Internet Connectivity, LTE 4G connectivity, 5G Connectivity ,EaaS, WANaaS, Cellular Surveys, 4G Antennas, and Private Cellular Networks.
The critical function of the Customer Success Manager role is leading an international team of multi-lingual end-to-end service delivery managers located globally.
You will be an experienced ICT Telecom professional from either an operations or commercial background, who has been wholly focussed, ideally in a small to medium sized company environment, managing customer projects, end-to-end services delivery, from definition and through on-site installation, start-up, and 24/365 services uptime.
You will manage and mentor a growing services delivery team, with your career path development leading to Head of Service Delivery Management, and a team member succeeding to Senior Manager.
If you are not based at a SmartCIC office, but remote, there will be a requirement to regularly visit/spend time in their operational offices in France or Spain.
The Services Delivery Team are based in various global locations, so being permanently based in a SmartCIC operating office, isn't business critical, but the ability to lead and coordinate remote teams is a critical requirement.
Base Annual Salary negotiable based on location and experience
Annual Discretionary Bonus, KPI variable based on the individual and company service delivery and financial performance
