The Company

Europcar operates in various countries in Europe and Australia and New Zealand. The company is headquartered in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France.


YOUR TEAM
You will join an international Product Team between Barcelona, Alicante and Paris.

You'll engage with cross-functional squads that include designers, engineers, data scientists,

and product managers in an-Agile way to ensure a user-centred approach.


YOUR ROLE
Based on the strategic and business Corporate vision, the Product Owner delivers and maintains Digital products, in order to maximize value-added to end users under given time and resources constraints

The PO is responsible for the quality of his/her product, its consistency with business requirements and its integration within the overall product landscape

Like a conductor of orchestra, the PO animates, aligns and empowers a Product team composed by technical team, UX and UI designers without being the hierarchical manager


_Major tasks:
_


In close relation with all members of his product team (Tech team, UX and UI designers) and the Business owner, the PO launches products that have made a large scale impact.

The PO must be able to work cross functionally across internal and external teams.

Formalizes user stories and details specifications, in collaboration with engineering / IT operations teams


Works close with UI/UX designers gives them visibility on each sprint priority in order to enable them to deliver product designs consistent with the customer's needs.

Seeks the relevant arbitration when facing inconsistencies or difficulties that cannot be managed at his/her own level

Manages the product backlog, prioritizing evolutions and corrections, and managing potential conflicts and dependencies and gathers all requests for change impacting his/her product

Provides daily support to development teams, particularly in problem solving, conflict management and prioritization

Defines quality acceptance criteria and ensures they are met at each product release

Defines KPIs to assess the performance of the product both in Run and Build phases

Ensures KPIs can be measured and monitors their evolution

In collaboration with the Dev Lead and Support team, ensures that product documentation and release notes are comprehensive

In collaboration with the business stakeholders, plans product roll-out and delivery to end users, including support and training materials


Qualifications
5-10 years of professional experience

Prior product owner / project manager experiences in pricing/ revenue and capacity management project

Experience working with SCRUM and agile methodologies

Customer oriented experience, with customer satisfaction / NPS / KPIs

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Strong leadership and drive

Engaged

Problem solving, research and critical thinking

Proactivity and autonomy

High rigor and attention to details

Good ability to convince on key decisions

Efficient prioritization/arbitration skills

Organization and Execution

Management of various (business, IT, Product Designers) stakeholders

Strong communication skill, in French and English

Tech savviness

High UX/UI sensibility

Business driven
