We are currently looking for an SR HR GENERALIST to join our team based in Valeo, Lerma, Edo. de México.


Principal activities:
Training, talent development and communication.
Relations with unionized personnel and union.
Coordinates, deploys and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policy.


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in talent development, training, organizational communication, training and development plans, specific automotive customer requirements in HR materia, Microsoft Office, direct employees certification, communication with union.

Knowledge in Workday, Fortia or People Soft are valued.
Intermediate english communication skills.
Very autonomous person, with energy and initiative.
