Job Description:

Salesforce Senior Solution Architect

The Salesforce Solution Architect will be part of the Architecture & Technology group in Madrid and will be in charge of architecting and designing solutions focusing on the Salesforce platform.

The objective of the A&T Group is to design, oversee, govern and promote IT solutions that help SGS employees to perform their job in a more efficient manner.

Salesforce Field Services is part of our global technology platform and we need to leverage it in the most efficient manner.

You Will:

Design and architect new cloudoriented solutions and proof of concept designs in combination with our cloud and mobile platforms;
Perform feasibility assessments, planning, testing and technical documentation for our implementation teams;
Review business, functional and technical requirements and translate these into technical solutions;
Monitor the progress of architecture projects and ensure the agreed design is followed by the implementation team;
Document, maintain and update governance documentation and best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience in Salesforce Solution Design and development with a focus on Field Services / FSL
Experience in customizations and integrations within Salesforce;
Able to develop technical documentation and presentations and explain the benefits of designed solutions to stakeholders;
Able to make decisions on architectural design and analyze the impact on cost, performance, reliability and other KPIs;
Able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of designed solutions;
Some development experience in Azure and a basic Web stack (.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial

You:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Track record of producing solution architectures;
Experience of designing, building, delivering and maintaining large software initiatives;
Focused on delivering an excellent user experience;
Able to travel based on project requirements.
