    Junior Consultant,

    Digital Health Role Purpose:

    The Junior Consultant in Digital Health will be a key player in the development and delivery of projects focused on implementing terminology with the ORBITS platform.

    The goal is to provide valuable insights for clinical management to healthcare providers and professionals.

    Job Overview:
    The Junior Consultant will provide support and assistance to project managers and teams related to the assigned project(s). They will support all project-related activities in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices.

    Main Tasks:
    Assist in the implementation of health data standards as a Project Manager Assistant.
    Serve as a Functional Developer and Product Manager Assistant for the Orbits platform.


    Essential Functions:
    Set up and maintain all project documentation files and records.
    Coordinate all information and communications for assigned projects.
    Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans with project-specific information.
    Prepare, analyze, and distribute status, tracking, and project finance reports.
    Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summary data.

    Coordinate project team and customer meetings, identifying and planning appropriate medium (Web, telecon, face to face) and ensuring arrangements are handled appropriately.

    Take and record minutes, notes, and actions at assigned meetings, distribute and follow up accordingly.
    Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the organization to identify and consolidate support processes.
    Serve as backup contact for the internal project team as designated by the project manager.
    Undertake project management activities as directed by the project manager.


    Specific Functions:
    Be involved in the development and delivery of health data standards implementations.
    Assist with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of new proposals.
    Create reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
    Work independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for speaking and reporting directly to the customer.
    Proactively develop knowledge of health data standards and consulting methodologies.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Sciences.
    Knowledge about the healthcare sector, hospital processes, and systems.

    Advanced English proficiency.1+ years of consulting work experience within the healthcare sector (preferred).Knowledge in Healthcare Standards (HL7, LOINC, SNOMED CT) (preferred).Knowledge in the Genetics and Genomics domain (preferred).Knowledge in Clinical Laboratory (preferred).IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
