    Group Talent Acquisition @ BFF Banking GroupBFF Bank spa is a banking institution with a presence in the market for approximately 40 years, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, and continuously growing and expanding.

    It is the largest specialized finance operator in Italy, as well as a leader in Europe in managing and disposing of non-performing commercial credit claims against Public Administrations.

    The Group also leads in Italy in Securities Services and banking payment services.
    To expand our internal team , we are looking for a: Group Internal Senior Auditor:

    Role purpose and key responsibilities:
    Execution of audit missions as Team Leader or Team Member.
    Specialization in the review of Credit Risk measurement, internal ratings model (A-IRB model) and capital adequacy.
    Involvement in audit missions and other activities in different countries across Europe (e.g. Italy, Poland, Spain, Greece, France, Portugal, etc.)Support to the Group Internal Audit Director in several activities, such as risk assessment, yearly/multi-annual planning, finding tracking, reporting and business monitoring.
    Exposure to Top and Senior Management.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's / Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.6+ experience in Internal Audit in Banking / Financial sector and/or leading Consulting firm.2+ experience in leadership roles within Internal Audit (e.g.

    team leader, audit supervisor).An international certification in the field of audit or credit risk is a mandatory prerequisite (e.g., CIA, CRMA, FRM, etc.).Knowledge of audit processes according to IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.

    Knowledge of Bank of Italy Regulation (Circ.

    285) and ECB regulation (Guide to Internal Model)Expertise in Credit risk measurement, Internal ratings models (A-IRB model) development and validation, capital adequacy.

    Basic knowledge of IT topics.
    Excellent Data analytics skills.
    Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
    Ability to work in an international environment.
    Energetic / Role Model / Methodical Thinking.
    Fluent Italian (C1) and English (minimum B2).
