We are recruiting a Social Media & Content manager to be part of our marketing team, manage LORIOT's online presence to reach our brand's goals and, ultimately, contribute to the growth of the company.

Basic Requirements:


  • At least 2 years experience in similar role
(preferably in the B2B SaaS market)

  • Native speaker, bilingual or full professional proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and able to express our company's views creatively
  • Familiarity with social media (primarily Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook)
  • Passionate about technology and uptodate with the latest digital and social media trends
- copywriting skills (English language)


Other Desirable Requirements:


  • Social Media Strategy and analytics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the IoT technologies

Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Set targets and develop creative and engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
  • Manage the daytoday handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and interacting with our audience
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms at least on a quarterly basis
  • Analyze competitor activity
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of improving social media activity
  • Produce or oversee (proofread and edit) the production of original content for the corporate blog, newsletter and marketing materials
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments

Additional duties (over time as part of your growth in the role):

  • Analyze the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements
  • Design, launch and develop the company presence on other social media platforms
  • Develop, launch and manage marketing campaigns to reach the main brand's strategic goals
  • Form and nourish key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Develop content strategy that aligns with marketing targets both long term and short term
  • Update content to ensure that it's current and optimize it according to SEO
