    Job Opportunity

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To ensure the profitability of meat products within a client portfolio by optimizing processes and recipes.
    • To drive and support R&D programs for meat solutions, ensuring robustness, process fit, and successful industrial scale-up.
    • To deliver high-quality technical customer support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in meat R&D or technical-commercial roles. He/she should be familiar with laboratory equipment such as texture analyzers. Additionally, he/she should have experience in pilot-scale or industrial process validation. Proficiency in English (C1) is required along with valuable knowledge of Spanish language. Experience delivering technical training or application support to clients would be an asset but not necessary.


    Required Skills & Qualifications




    • Familiarity with industrial meat processing techniques;



    • Skillful use of physicochemical testing methods;



      • The ability to effectively manage indirect costs while maintaining continuous efficiency improvement strategies;
