Based within TGBS, the O2C Billing Team Leader will be in charge managing and monitoring the Billing process for inhouse and 3rd party customers of 23 TUI destinations.

O2C Billing Team Leader has 3 direct reports who are based in Spain (Palma de Mallorca).


ABOUT THE JOB
Ensure that invoices are issued and delivered on time
Analyse and define invoicing parameters fully adapted to customers requests
Support internal and external auditor requests
Identify simplification and automation opportunity of billing processes
Ensure compliance with company policies
Review and solve customer requests or complaints
Ensure proper posting of all invoices in the accounting system (SAP FI)
Prepare month end closing and ad hoc billing reports


ABOUT YOU
Excellent understanding and in-depth knowledge of finance billing processes and procedures, previous exposure in a Shared Service Centre environment will be highly advantageous
SAP knowledge is an added advantage
Proven leadership capability - you will have experience of leading a team of people, improving individual and team performance through feedback and coaching
Ability to develop great working relationships internally and externally
Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills
Experience of working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, required. Any additional language skills advantageous
