    Role Description

    As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our company. You'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in positions that match their skills and interests. Your daily duties will include creating job descriptions, conducting phone and video interviews, and onboarding new hires. This is a remote role, so you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, provided you have a reliable internet connection. Please note, there is a mandatory 4-month training period in Athens, Greece, for which we provide a fully paid relocation package.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Dutch
    • Excellent communication skills
