The learning specialist role is focused on managing a team of trainers to execute the learning offer to our associates and managers.

The role works closely with the learning manager to partner with operations to ensure our customers' needs are met.

Key job responsibilities
Continually look for new ways to improve the employee experience
Manage a small team of people after some time in the role (1 year approx)
Monitor and improve KPIs across operational sites
Auditing the quality of training/coaching and putting actions in place when necessary
Analyse employee survey responses and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Ensuring positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholders
Analysing and interpreting metrics to identify areas for improvement
