    We're looking for a Sales Agent fluent in English and either French or Dutch, to join our dynamic team.

    You will be the voice of our brand, maintaining relationships with existing business partners while also seizing opportunities to drive sales.

    This role offers full-time opportunities, with shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 / Monday – Friday.

    Tasks

    • Build and maintain trust with key decisionmakers by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
    • Conduct indepth needs assessments to fully understand each client's objectives and expectations.
    • Present tailored solutions that align with the client's goals, ensuring the proposed services/products add tangible value to their operations.
    • Guide clients through a qualityfocused sales journey, offering support, clarity, and strategic advice at every stage of the process.
    • Prioritize client satisfaction by ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent followup, and responsiveness to any questions or concerns.
    • Strengthen longterm client relationships by maintaining regular communication, identifying opportunities for added value, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service, and product specialists) to ensure client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
    • Uphold the company's values of integrity, service excellence, and customerfirst thinking in every interaction.
    Requirements

    • Fluent English speaker (native written and spoken).
    Proficiency in one of the following languages is essential:
    Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, or French.

    • Other language is a plus but not required.
    • Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred.
    • Highly motivated, strong communication, goal driven, skilled in negotiation, prospecting while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
    • Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
