We are looking for a qualified waiter or waitress to work at the Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona; a person who has the patience, personality and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and can improve the culinary experience of hotel guests.

We are looking for a person to be part of our F&B team.
Main ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g.

about the shared-dining concept, ingredients or potential food allergies)Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glassesOffer menu recommendations upon requestTake accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slipsCommunicate order details to the kitchen teamServe food and drink ordersCheck dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems to your managerArrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining areaMeet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes and service specifications for reservations (e.g.

parties).


Experience required:
Work experience as a Waiter or WaitressExperience in hotels and/or events highly valued.
