LIMS BPO And Labs Digitalization

Job Description:

Galderma is now looking to recruit a LIMS BPO And Labs Digitalization in Barcelona

As the LIMS BPO And Labs Digitalization, you will have a global key role in supporting and influencing the decision-making process of LIMS-management deployed in all the Galderma manufacturing sites, including a new greenfield.

You will be responsible for developing and deploying a digital strategy in the labs to improve efficiency and compliance, ensuring that the objectives are in line with the organization's strategic direction, digital strategy and that LIMS key users and Labs Managers are involved as needed.

Additionally, you will be ensuring that the objectives are following the organization's strategic direction and that adequate training is conducted for key users.

Key responsibilities:

Support LIMS new functionalities deployments and improvements in manufacturing QC labs, ensuring compliance with regulations
Define a strategy for continuous improvement in QC labs, focusing on digitalization, efficiency, automation, and simplification
Support design, creation, and launch of our new Singapore lab to match manufacturing activity speed
Identify and analyze business solutions for Galderma QC labs
Define scope of solutions within projects
Analyze stakeholders' needs, including validation requirements
Ensure proper training of key users
Responsible for Key Users activities

Skills & Qualifications:

College or University Degree in Science
Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Several years of experience in management
Good knowledge of Quality Control
Experience with LIMS software
Professional level in English. It's a plus if you can speak French and/or Portuguese.
Green belt or Black belt certification is a plus
