We are looking for full time Associate Manager, Site Agreements who will be responsible of supervision of a team of contract reviewers to ensure the timely and quality delivery of site contract reviews during both study start-up and maintenance.

Associate Manager ensures that internal and external expectations are met while identifying and mitigating risks. Associate Manager will be also the line manager for site contract specialists.


Job responsibilities:

  • Independently review and negotiate site contracts, confidentiality nondisclosure agreements, and other related documents ("Site Contracts") in accordance with defined processes and timeframes for locations.
  • Develop and maintain database capturing knowledge and understanding of all current client contract processes and assist with the development and facilitation of trainings are in place for the team. Assess and provide solutions regarding the efficacy of the trainings.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of local regulations/laws as applicable, in the context of Site Contracts and provide guidance in the context of Site Contracts.
  • Liaise and communicate with Fortrea corporate Legal and Finance departments, or sometimes refer upwards within Contracts.
  • Provide accurate and concise guidance regarding the financial payment arrangements/processes and legal obligations of the site contracts.
  • Supervise the accurate tracking and progress of site contracts, and assist with maintaining local and public shared electronic files relating to the management of site contracts.
  • Support and assist the local Site Contract Specialist and Clinical Team with legal inputs and directives.
  • With some supervision, assess and develop communication with internal and external customers and contribute to the client partnership development, in particular for new clients.
  • Train and coach less experienced Site contract reviewers and supervise the regional site contract team training and coaching.
  • Assist Site Contract Manager in carrying out other tasks when required, including without limitation, assisting in providing trainings, improving and developing the process, collecting the local offices contract data, template language development and other delegated tasks.
  • May have direct line management responsibility, including without limitation recruitment, training, supervision, utilization and performance review of assigned personnel.
  • Under Site contract manager supervision and guidance, supervise Site contract staff in performance of their day to day work, including if necessary management of resource allocations.

Requirements:


  • Work experience in clinical research, including a strong working knowledge of the ICH guidelines and FDA, IRB/IEC regulations
  • University/College degree
  • Flunet local language and English
