Responsibility
As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Working in a team to achieve and exceed performance targets, attending specified training to improve skills and knowledge, and participating in administrative or office work duties as needed.

Hours and Benefits

  • Fulltime (39 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, and longterm contract
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 (8 hours per day)
  • Salary: 16,000 Euros gross/year + up to 1,500 Euros gross/year in bonus
  • Ongoing training
  • Start date: Immediate
  • 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have- Native level of Portuguese. English or Swedish is a huge plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team to achieve targets in all areas.
  • The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee
