    Job Description About the role:

    We are looking for someone to lead a team of digital specialists and the performance strategy of a major client.

    We need someone highly focused on client service and who masters all digital disciplines involved (mainly search and social but also display/programmatic and affiliation).

    He or she will be responsible for a team of performance specialists, so management and interpersonal skills are also required.

    The candidate must be ready to work in a highly dynamic and demanding environment, and should be comfortable with tight deadlines and working under pressure.


    How you'd spend your day:

    • You will recommend the best online actions to drive revenue and improve ROAS.
    • Will be involved in the whole process of online ad campaigns: planning, optimization and reporting, including the analysis of the website and the different promotions.
    • Will have a smooth communication with the client in order to provide feedback on their campaigns, such as conversion rates and online sales.
    • Will define the marketing strategy with focus on SEM and Social Ads but also affiliates, display, etc.
    • Will track and evaluate KPIs for all those marketing channels.
    • Will perform different analysis and researches in order to forecast and estimate the profitability of campaigns.
    • Will propose new and profitable solutions for the new client campaigns with focus on performance

    We think you're awesome if you:

    • Bachelor's Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science or Marketing related training.
    • Professional experience within the marketing industry and a media agency environment.
    • Excellent English skills in both written and verbal communication will be assessed in an interview by the Talent Team.
    • Comprehensive understanding through a broad mix of online media in a business context.
    • Ability to reduce costs and measure the success of performance strategies.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrating fluidity in the acquisition of metrics.
    • Experience in media planning, being able to evaluate and organize large campaigns with different online channels.
    • Technical knowledge and understanding, especially in performance pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, ...).
    • Be skilled in summarizing and communicating complex information, in order to facilitate better communication between departments.
    • Be able to learn quickly and propose fast and easy solutions for new campaigns.
