    Job Description

    In this role, you will take care of evaluation and propose corrective actions to address risks within the Global Hire Stock Audit Process & Supply-Chain. Oversee the implementation of standardized Asset Control processes and Supply Chain asset controls on a global scale. Ensure alignment with internal and external compliance requirements, business performance objectives, and FMCS guidelines. Review, update, and ensure adherence to global supply chain operating procedures related to hire stock, and establishing global standard rules and controls. Conduct continuous risk identification and evaluation within the supply chain.-Implement necessary controls to mitigate identified risks, ensuring alignment with Bramble's policies. Develop a comprehensive Global Supply Chain Control Health Scorecard with alert mechanisms for effective monitoring. Define the digital strategy for asset control within the supply chain, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Support the creation of a strong Business Continuity model for the Asset Control function Globally.

    Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the audit program by incorporating risk, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics
  • Explore and develop a remote digital physical audit program for supply chain operations, leveraging advanced technologies
  • Lead efforts to fully automate data acquisition and reconciliation processes in supply chain plants
  • Timely and qualitative delivery of improved and standardized Asset Control Processes Globally in alignment with the Global Asset Control Strategy
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting root-causes
  • Qualifications:

  • Master's in business administration or finance preferred
  • 7-10 years of Finance/Control/Audit experience in a results-driven, metric-orientated business environment
  • Has experience in driving change management and process standardization across markets and designated team
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Remote Management and Managing in a matrix experience
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
