As a customer advisor, you will be delivering high-quality B2B services.

Languages:

Native level of French
Professional level of Spanish and English

Main Responsibilities:

Warm calling different companies
Determine business eligibility
Create profiles of our prospects in our management system
Followup of incoming files and verification of companies
Participate in administrative work such as verification of documents for their registration (onboarding & compliance)
Customer management and loyalty

Core Skills/experience:

Native or full professional level of French
Professional level of English and Spanish
A first experience in a callcenter is a plus
You are able to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors
You are orientedpeople and pay attention to details
The organization is one of your strengths
A first experience in the commercial field is a plus
