Your Responsibilities

  • Partnerships sales of Sportfive roaster of athletes with focus on Spanish talent
  • Brandled brokerage opportunities with any Spanish athletes
  • Key Account management
  • Development of special athlete sales, know how for athlete relevant endemic industries (Luxury, Accessories, Multiple-Brand Comp., FMCG, Collectibles incl. NFTs, other)
  • Development of new creative sales approaches in close collaboration with creative strategy team
  • Service & support function for all GATM markets
  • Work with the central team, and use competitive intelligence and market benchmarking, to develop a local product and pricing strategy to maximize revenue
  • Take responsibility for development of the full endtoend sales process, including the prospecting strategy, client presentations and meetings, commercial negotiations, and contractual finalization
  • Lead by example in delivering individual sales success consistently, and taking accountability for the achievement of target
  • Ensure the team are consistently achieving high market outreach and excellent sales results
  • Develop a local marketing plan to support the sales effort
  • Work with our graphic designers, and data specialists to ensure sales collateral is of a bestinclass standard and locally appropriate
  • Provide weekly updates at team sales meetings showcasing activity and pipeline development, business closed, as well as fulfil internal reporting requirements for Senior Management Board
  • Work successfully with other sales managers and reps to leverage existing brand relationships and crossteam sales opportunities.
  • Actively participate in the collection of unpaid bills from clients, in conjunction with the accounting department, and settle any customer disputes appropriately
  • Ensure the team use SPORTFIVE's global CRM tool, are in compliance with legislation and regulations in force, and represent SPORTFIVE in the market with high standards

Your Profile

  • 46 years of professional work experience in international sales, sports marketing or strategic account management
  • Strong experience with respect to the sponsorship sales process
  • Strong own track record in partnership sales
  • University degree in marketing, international management, business or similar background
  • A high work ethic able to thrive in a highpressure environment
  • Team player who can selfmotivate and work with autonomy
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Salesforce experience helpful
  • Business fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus (e. g. German, French, Portuguese)
