    The primary goal is to ensure accuracy and timeliness in issuing invoices and effectively manage financial information related to hotel transactions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Invoice Generation and Verification:
    Generate and send accurate and detailed invoices to guests and corporate clients.
    Verify the accuracy of information before issuance to prevent errors and discrepancies.


    Account Management:
    Maintain and update accurate records of customer and corporate accounts.
    Manage billing processes for corporate accounts and groups.


    Coordination with Departments:
    Collaborate with reception, events, and other departments to gather relevant information for billing.
    Ensure additional charges, such as room services, are recorded and reflected correctly on invoices.


    Customer Service:
    Assist customers in resolving queries or issues related to billing.
    Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.


    Account Reconciliation:
    Perform periodic reconciliations to ensure financial records match the transactions made.
    Investigate and rectify discrepancies or irregularities in collaboration with the finance department.
    QualificationsPrevious experience in billing functions, preferably in the hotel industry.
    Solid knowledge of billing systems and financial software.
    Analytical skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
