Productos y Plataformas perteneciente a la Dirección de Servicios de TI y DigitalRepsol está buscando un perfil de Product Delivery Lead dentro de la Función de TI/DIGITAL, responsable del delivery y operación de productos enmarcados en la Plataforma Core Controlling. El puesto ofrece la oportunidad de participar en el cambio a S/4 Hana de los productos y plataformas de Controlling, así como colaborar en los proyectos de transformación a S/4 Hana de todos los Negocios y Áreas Corporativas de Repsol (GbC, CRyEC , Cliente, TIEC, E&P, CFIN, etc).El candidato/a será proactivo/a, capaz de liderar la gestión de productos, tener habilidades de gestión de interlocutores, orientación a Negocio, capacidades analíticas y ser pragmático/a la hora de solucionar problemas.
Las principales tareas:
Liderar la evolución, operación, gestión presupuestaria y gestión del equipo externo del producto.
Participar en la transformación a S/4 Hana de la plataforma Controlling, facilitando el conocimiento técnico y funcional necesario para asegurar que las soluciones diseñadas son lo más estándar posible y aseguran una operación madura sostenible y que minimice el TCO.Colaborar en el programa de transformación a S/4 Hana de los negocios para que la implantación de los módulos de control de costes en los nuevos sistemas y la creación de las integraciones con las plataformas Controlling se realice con los estándares del producto, asegurando la calidad y mantenibilidad de las soluciones y la monitorización de las integraciones.
Alinearse con el Product Owner para mantener el roadmap de P&P y la correcta gestión de la demanda.Conectar al equipo externo de producto con las necesidades de negocio. Desarrolla al equipo para aumentar la madurez en el modelo operativo.
Entender las necesidades de negocio y facilitar, con nuestro equipo de servicio, las soluciones óptimas en la plataforma.
Gestionar técnicamente el End To End del producto, contemplando todos los sistemas involucrados, las integraciones entre los mismos y la monitorización de la operación.
Gestionar el coste End to End del producto.Asegurar el conocimiento crítico del producto.
Interlocución directa con Product owner, así como con los diferentes equipos de TI /Digital involucrados (funcionales - IT&D business partner y técnicos – Arquitectura, Productos y Plataformas, HUBS, Servicios de Infraestructura, Ingeniería...).

Se valorará el conocimiento y experiencia funcional y técnica en varias de las principales tecnologías/capacidades en el ámbito del Control/Gestión de Costes:Módulos SAP Controlling (CO-CCA, CO-OPA, CO-ABC, ML-AC, COPA, CO-PCA, CO-PS), BW, Power BI, S/4HANA FICO, CFIN, BPC Y SAC PLANNING.Se valorará la experiencia en la gestión de equipos multidisciplinares (usuarios de negocio, proveedores, equipos técnicos y funcionales de TI/Digital).Conocimiento avanzado en el uso de herramientas ofimáticas suite MS Office 365 (Word, Power Point y Excel).
