    Your role

    We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for Financial Transformation. Utilizing the Planful Financial tool, you will develop financial models that are essential to our strategic planning and decision-making processes. This position is not just about managing data but about transforming it into actionable insights that will guide the financial trajectory of OlalaHomes.You will report directly to the Head of Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

    Your Journey

    • Collect, interpret, and analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
    • Evaluate the financial performance of various business units, projects or investments, and make recommendations to optimize profitability and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic financial plans and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive financial models in Planful to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and relevant data is incorporated into financial models.
    • Perform detailed scenario analyses and provide insights that influence business decisions.
    • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data within Planful.
    • Facilitate training and support for team members in using Planful effectively.
    • Stay updated with technological advancements in Planful and leverage new features to enhance financial modeling processes.
    • Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
    • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management, providing clear and concise financial insights.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of financial reporting and analysis.

    What do you bring to your trip

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Solid experience in financial modeling and analysis (2-5 years).
    • Proficiency with Planful or similar financial planning platforms.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Proficiency level of Spanish and English languages.
    • Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
    • Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic.
    • Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes.
    • Confident working in cross-functional teams.
    • Comfortable in a start-up environment.
