As a
Change Manager specialized in leading organizational change, you will be responsible for driving and facilitating successful transitions within our company - including but not only in the context of acquisitions.


You will cover all aspects of change:
organizational design, processes and technology/tools.

You will bring your experience of the corporate world to work closely with senior management, project teams, and employees at all levels to identify, plan, and implement changes that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Your role will involve assessing the impact of change, developing change management strategies, and supporting employees through the change process.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful adoption and sustainability of organizational changes.

Your mission


To achieve change management objectives, the change agent assumes responsibilities that start once the leadership team decides to undertake an initiative.

That way, the change agent can contribute to the initiative's implementation strategy, action plan and decision-making process.


In this role you will be likely to interact with the various functions within SITA FOR AIRCRAFT such as Engineering & Technology, Product, and other colleagues across the company, located in 20+ countries (Canada, United-States, France, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Spain...).

Reporting to SITA FOR AIRCRAFT General Counsel, the Change Agent is overall responsible for the following key activities for each change initiative:


Develop Change Management Strategies:


  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assess the need for change and identify potential barriers and challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Get approval of the plan and related business case

Assess Change Impact:


  • Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of proposed changes on various stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and resistance to change.
  • Analyze the organizational culture and structure to determine readiness for change.

Communicate and Engage:


  • Develop clear and compelling communication materials to effectively convey change messages.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and engagement.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate and prepare employees for change.

Lead Change Initiatives:


  • Drive and facilitate change initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Communicate the purpose and benefits of the changes to employees at all levels.
  • Create and execute change management plans, including timelines, resources, and communication strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and employees during the change process.
  • Ensure that the new processes, procedures and organizational structures are implemented to deliver the value the organization expected

Monitor and Evaluate Change:


  • Establish metrics and measurement criteria to evaluate the success and effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Monitor the implementation of changes, identify challenges, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collect feedback from employees and stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Consolidate lessons learnt and material used for decision making and implementation.
